Yoga, & Meditation is the best way to clean body soul and mind. The word Yog is derived from the Sanskrit verb " yuj" which means to join or to unite. Yog is an ancient science. The practice of Yog integrates the body, mind and soul.
All, irrespective of color, caste, creed, sex and race can practice yoga. The ancient seers laid down four ways by which the practitioner can attain Samadhi or spiritual salvation, which is the ultimate goal of Yog.
These are:
Jnana Marg | The path of knowledge. |
Karma Marg | The path of action. |
Bhakti Marg | The path of selfless devotion. |
Dhyan Marg | The path of introspection, whereby, the pupil learns to cleanse the body, control the senses and restrains the fluctuations of the mind. |

Pranayama
Relaxing the breath consciously or slowing down the breathing consciously. Various advanced techniques are used which have a great effect on the body and mind.
Meditation
Various kinds of meditation techniques are introduced, the individual is encouraged to progress to one kind of meditation which is most suitable to him or her.
The kinds of meditation are:

Sudarshana Kriya - a powerful breathing technique
A combination of Kapalbhati and Bhastrika with 'So-hun'. It prepares us for Meditation (so-hum) with its soothing effects.
Eye Exercises, Trataka and other Yogic Shatkarmas
These exercises relax the eyes, improve concentration and will power, and in some cases can reverse or control eyesight defeciencies.
